Designed in 1966 by renowned architect, Morris Lapidus, Emanuel Luxury Venue is a truly unique Miami venue offering historical significance with modern amenities. Guests who tour the venue fall in love with the vast space, the sense of elegance and grace, and the elements of Morris Lapidus's signature architectural and design style.

We highly recommend that people who are considering hosting an event at a Miami Beach venue take some time to tour ELV. As beautiful as all the photos are, seeing the space in person is impressive.

Miami Beach locals know the building from the outside, and they're often surprised that such a stunning space hides behind the façade they see every day.

ELV is located on the corner of Washington Ave and 17th St, in the heart of the South Beach cultural district, right opposite the Fillmore and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Lincoln Road, also designed by Morris Lapidus in the 1960s, is only one block away.

The front entrance on Washington avenue features the two-story glass brick façade designed by Morris Lapidus in 1966. The glass bricks are designed with 3 different cut-out shapes that were often used by Morris Lapidus, the woggles, the amoeba and the bow-tie.

The mid-century modern staircase rises from both sides of the marbled foyer, leading to the second-floor foyer and the Grand Ballroom.

ELV's front door faces Washington Avenue and opens into the marbled foyer.

The cut-out shapes in the glass-brick wall diffuse the sunlight into the first and second floor foyers.

Morris Lapidus was known for using bow tie shapes in his designs. The Fontainebleau floor features Lapidus's favorite shape (top left,) and the bow tie shape appears as cutouts interspersed with his signature "cheese hole" and "woggle" shapes in a perfectly symmetrical geometric pattern spanning ELV's entire two story facade! Morris Lapidus himself was frequently pictured wearing bow ties.

Emanuel Luxury Venue is like a blank canvas that allows you to design the event of your dreams. The vast space is an event planner's dream, and the state-of-the-art surround lighting can adapt to any theme or color scheme.
